Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- cooked rice - 2 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 2 c
- cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix together in buttered casserole. Store overnight in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator one hour before baking. Top with crushed potato chips before baking. Bake 49 minutes at 350°. Very good. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
