Ingredients/Components

  • cooked, cubed 2-inch chicken - 4 c
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • slivered almonds - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 3 item
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • crushed potato chips - 1/2 c

How to make hot chicken salad casserole:

Heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except potato chips. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chips. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until heated through.
