Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/3 c
- strips crisp bacon - 8 item
- warm cream sauce - 1 c
- slices baked turkey - 4 item
- slices toast remove crust - 4 item
How to make hot browns:
Preheat broiler. Add grated cheese to cream sauce and stir to melt. Keep warm. Place slices of turkey on the toast. Cover each with 1/4 cup sauce. Place 2 strips of bacon on each sandwich. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan on top of each sandwich. Place sandwiches under broiler. Broil until bubbly and speckled brown. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Sandwich.
