Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 item
  • self-rising flour

How to make funnel cake:

Mix all ingredients. Drizzle into hot oil. Turn when brown (about 1/2 minute). Brown other side. Top with powdered sugar. (Use iron skillet.)
