- chuck roast - 1 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make hot beef sandwiches:
Brown roast and place in a deep roaster or crock-pot. Add soups and cover meat. Cook for 4 hours in a 325° oven or set crock-pot on high. The meat will be fork-tender and will make a rich and natural gravy. Serve on buns like hamburger.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, One Dish meal.
