Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- ground beef
- onions, finely chopped - 2 item
- can diced green chilies - 1 oz
- large tomatoes, diced - 2 item
How to make hot beef and cheese dip:
Crumble and brown ground beef with onions; drain. Place meat in crock-pot. Cut cheese into cubes and put in crock-pot. Cook on high 1 hour or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add green chilies and tomatoes and mix well. Serve with chips as an appetizer or over rice, toast or tortillas as main dish.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beef.
