Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 item
- oil - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chuck roast - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup dry - 1 item
How to make pot roast:
Pat flour over roast and brown in oil. Place roast in large pot with lid. Combine onion soup, mushroom soup and 2 cups of water. Pour over roast. Cook several hours until tender. Thicken the soup for gravy before serving. Add carrots and potatoes last hour of cooking.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
