  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • cold water - 1 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • chopped green onion - 1/3 c
  • dried beef

How to make hot beef dip:

Cut beef into small pieces. Combine beef and water into 4-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on High for 3 minutes; drain. Mix in remaining ingredients. Insert microwave thermometer; microwave on Roast to 120°. Stir.
