Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1/4 c
- bamboo shoots - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch, mixed with a little water - 1 Tbsp
How to make hot and sour soup:
Mix first 5 ingredients and cook until hot. Stir cornstarch mixture into the hot soup to thicken. Sprinkle with green onions to serve.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Mushroom, Beans.
