Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 1/2 c
- potatoes - 1 c
- peas - 1/4 c
- celery - 1/4 c
- corn - 1/4 c
- onions - 1/2 c
- green beans - 1/4 c
- Pillsbury ready-made crusts - 2 item
- golden onion soup Lipton - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, deboned, then cut into cubes - 6 item
How to make chicken pot pie:
Set chicken stock aside; skim fat off. Press one crust into deep dish pie pan, then put chicken and vegetables in the crust in layers; chicken first. Then use chicken stock to mix with golden onion soup (mix 1 1/2 cups chicken stock with onion soup); pour over chicken and vegetables. Take second crust and lay on top. Pinch edges together.
