Cabbage beef soup
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots, chopped - 4 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 6 item
- cans light red kidney beans - 2 item
- Dash to taste
- low-fat ground beef - 1 lb
- head cabbage, bite size - 1/2 item
- can tomato juice or V-8 - 1 item
- cans spicy tomatoes, crushed - 2 item
How to make cabbage beef soup:
