  • cans light red kidney beans - 2 item
  • Dash to taste
  • low-fat ground beef - 1 lb
  • head cabbage, bite size - 1/2 item
  • can tomato juice or V-8 - 1 item
  • cans spicy tomatoes, crushed - 2 item

How to make cabbage beef soup:

Cook vegetables in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Brown beef. Add beef to vegetables, juices and spices. Cook about 40 minutes.
