Hawaiian chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dark brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 5 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- peppercorns - 6 item
- chicken wings - 5 lb
How to make hawaiian chicken wings:
Rinse wings and pat dry. Place side by side in roasting pan, one layer. Sprinkle with mixture of salt, pepper and garlic. Mix lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, honey, peppercorns and hot water. Pour over wings. Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Chicken wing.
