Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
- hash browns - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed corn flakes1/4 c. melted butter Mix topping ingredients.Mix casserole ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Put topping on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
May be divided and put in two 8 x 8-inch dishes and frozen.
