  • soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
  • can water chestnuts - 1 oz
  • sausage - 1 lb

How to make crunchy sausage casserole:

Cook rice mix according to package directions and set aside. Cook sausage, ground beef and onion over medium heat, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Add rice, mushrooms, water chestnuts and soy sauce. Stir well. Spoon into an ungreased 2-quart
