- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Place frozen hash browns into 8 x 11-inch baking dish. Pour melted butter over potatoes. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cheese. Pour all into potatoes and mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
