Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- cream - 1/2 c
- medium potatoes, boiled and mashed - 4 item
- flour to make dough soft - 1 item
How to make potato doughnuts:
Cream sugar with the eggs and add remaining ingredients. Roll out lightly on floured board and cut out. Fry in oil. Sugar a few at a time by placing them in a paper bag with the sugar. Shake.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Breakfast.
