  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • cream - 1/2 c
  • medium potatoes, boiled and mashed - 4 item
  • flour to make dough soft - 1 item

How to make potato doughnuts:

Cream sugar with the eggs and add remaining ingredients. Roll out lightly on floured board and cut out. Fry in oil. Sugar a few at a time by placing them in a paper bag with the sugar. Shake.
