Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- thawed hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed corn flakes1/4 c. melted butter Mix all the ingredients (except topping) together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Mix crushed corn flakes and melted butter; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
