Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns 2 lb
How to make cheese potatoes:
Topping:1/4 c. melted butter1/2 c. crushed corn flakes Thaw hash browns. Add butter, salt, pepper, cheese and onion; mix well. Add soup and sour cream. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle topping on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
