Ingredients/Components

  • pineapple juice - 3/4 c
  • low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1/2 c
  • strawberries, stems removed - 1/2 c
  • very ripe medium banana, peeled - 1 item

How to make breakfast shake:

Break banana into small pieces; put in the blender. Add all the other ingredients. Secure lid; blend until smooth. Divide into 2 serving glasses; serve immediately.
