Ingredients/Components
- pineapple juice - 3/4 c
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1/2 c
- strawberries, stems removed - 1/2 c
- very ripe medium banana, peeled - 1 item
How to make breakfast shake:
Break banana into small pieces; put in the blender. Add all the other ingredients. Secure lid; blend until smooth. Divide into 2 serving glasses; serve immediately.Each serving contains 168 calories and 1 g fat.
