Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- corn flakes - 2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix first seven ingredients and put in greased casserole dish. Mix melted margarine and corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
