Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- melted margarine save 1/4 c - 1/2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 c. margarine. Mix corn flakes with 1/4 c. margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
