- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs saltines - 1 c
- VanDen Brink ham loaf, thawed - 1 item
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar Thaw ham loaf and add cracker crumbs and eggs. Shape into one-inch balls and place into 9 x 13-inch pan.Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over balls. Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, turning them after the first 45 minutes to brown both sides.
