Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar
- water
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- ground ham - 1 lb
- ground pork shoulder
How to make ham balls:
Basting Sauce:1/2 c. water1/2 c. vinegar1 tsp. dry mustard1 1/2 c. brown sugar Heat basting sauce until the sugar is melted. Pour over balls. Baste and turn often while baking. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Makes 2Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
