Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- onion - 1 item
- horseradish optional - 2 Tbsp
- lean ground pork - 1 lb
- cured ground ham - 2 lb
How to make ham balls:
Combine all ingredients. Make into balls, using 1/2-cup measuring cup. Mix catsup and brown sugar; spoon on top of each ham ball. (If freezing, this can be added on top when ready to bake.) Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. If frozen, bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
