Ingredients/Components
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- green olives - 1/4 c
- can red chili beans, mashed - 1 item
How to make sombrero dip:
Combine first 5 ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Add red chili beans. Pour in 8 x 8-inch dish; cover with remaining ingredients in order. Bake at 350° to melt the cheese.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beans.
