Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/8 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- tomato juice - 2 c
- ground lean pork - 1 lb
- ground ham - 4 lb
How to make ham loaf:
Sauce:3/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard1/8 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Mix ham and pork. Add next four ingredients. Form into loaf and baste with sauce. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.Sauce: Boil ingredients. Baste every 1/2 hour.
