Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- brown sugar
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- ground ham - 2 lb
- tomato soup, undiluted
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup, undiluted3/4 c. white vinegar2 1/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard Combine ham, beef, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, into individual balls and place into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over balls.
