Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt
- egg yolks - 2 item
- allspice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground round - 1 lb
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- slices soft bread, cut up and soak in milk - 4 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Fry meatballs until brown, add water (a little) and cook for 1 hour. May be placed in casserole after browning and put in oven at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
