Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ground round - 1 lb
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • small onion, grated - 1 item
  • slices soft bread, cut up and soak in milk - 4 item

How to make swedish meatballs:

Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Fry meatballs until brown, add water (a little) and cook for 1 hour. May be placed in casserole after browning and put in oven at 325° for 1 hour.
