Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- ground pork - 1 lb
- ground ham
How to make ham balls:
Mix meat with crumbs, eggs and milk; blend milk. Make into large balls. Place in glass baking dish in single layer. Combine tomato soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard; pour over meatballs.Bake at 350° for 1 hour or bake for 30 minutes and freeze for later. (Defrost and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.)
