Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • ground pork - 1 lb
  • ground ham

How to make ham balls:

Mix meat with crumbs, eggs and milk; blend milk. Make into large balls. Place in glass baking dish in single layer. Combine tomato soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard; pour over meatballs.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or bake for 30 minutes and freeze for later. (Defrost and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.)
