  • brown sugar
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • white vinegar - 3/4 c
  • ground ham - 2 lb
  • Sauce:2 cans tomato soup undiluted

How to make iowa ham balls:

Sauce:2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)3/4 c. white vinegar2 1/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard Combine ground ham, ground beef, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape mixture 1/2 cup at a time, into individual balls and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
