- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- brown sugar
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- ground ham - 2 lb
- Sauce:2 cans tomato soup undiluted
How to make iowa ham balls:
Sauce:2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)3/4 c. white vinegar2 1/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard Combine ground ham, ground beef, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape mixture 1/2 cup at a time, into individual balls and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over balls.
