Ingredients/Components
- dash of salt - 1 item
- large marshmallows - 20 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- crushed cornflakes - 4 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 2 item
- cans sweet potatoes - 2 oz
How to make sweet potato balls:
Drain and mash sweet potatoes; add 1/4 cup melted butter, egg yolks and salt. Mix and divide into 20 portions. Wrap each portion around a marshmallow. Add 1/4 cup melted butter to cornflake crumbs and rol leach portion in crumbs. Place in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish and bake in a 350° oven about 20 minutes or until heated through.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Yam/sweet potato.
