Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • can flaked ham - 1 item
  • minced dry onion mix with 1 Tbsp water to soften - 1 tsp

How to make ham and cheese ball:

Mix cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix ham, parsley flakes, dry onion, dry mustard and Tabasco with cheese mixture; chill overnight. Roll into ball and roll over chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
