eggs - 5 item
pkg - 1 oz
oil - 1 Tbsp
pepper - 1/2 tsp
chopped onion - 1 c
sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 c
cooked finely chopped ham - 2/3 c
Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese - 3 c

How to make crustless spinach quiche:

Saut?� the onion and mushrooms in the oil until tender. Add the spinach and ham. Mix the eggs, cheese and pepper. Spread into 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until knife comes clean.
