Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Hormel chunk ham - 1 (5
How to make ham ball:
Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add ham and all other ingredients. Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until firm (overnight). Roll into ball or place in small dish. Cover with chopped pecans. Serve with fancy crackers.Note: Using the small dish method is a great "time saver."
