Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- cold water - 2 envelopes
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- shrimp, cooked and finely chopped, or 3 small cans shrimp, well drained - 1 lb
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1 item
- boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- hot sauce - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dissolved gelatin and lemon juice. Add shrimp, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and hot sauce. Put in lightly oiled fish mold and chill. Unmold and serve with crackers and Melba toast.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
