Cranberry meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- parsley - 1/3 c
- can cranberry sauce
- medium onion, chopped finely - 1 item
- bottle barbecue sauce - 12 oz
- cornflakes or bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make cranberry meatballs:
Sauce:1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice12 oz. bottle barbecue sauce Mix meatball ingredients and shape into the size of meatballs desired. Brown lightly and drain. Lay into single layer in bottom of large baking dish or pan.Mix sauce ingredients by hand or in a blender. Pour over meatballs and bake 1 hour. If desired, strain any standing fat off top while still warm.
