- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- small green pepper - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 1/4

How to make sweet and sour pork or chicken:
Drain pineapple. Reserve juice. Add water if not at least 1/2 cup. Cut pork or chicken into cubes; saute in large frying pan in oil for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice and the next 6 ingredients; stir well. Add juice mixture and green pepper, cut into thin strips, to skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken. Run water over snow peas to thaw. Add to skillet with pineapple chunks. Cook 2 minutes more. Serve over cooked rice and with egg rolls.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, One Dish meal.
