  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • uncooked medium noodles - 4 c

How to make hamburger-cheese bake:

In large skillet, cook meat and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour crea
