Barbecued shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- curry powder - 3/4 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1/2 c
- peeled and deveined shrimp - 2 lb
How to make barbecued shrimp:
In a saucepan, melt butter and add remaining dry ingredients. Add shrimp and stir well to coat. Divide shrimp on 6 (12 x 18-inch) pieces of heavy-duty foil. Fold foil around shrimp, sealing edges well. Grill over hot coals, about 8 minutes. Turn and grill until done, about 6 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
