Ingredients/Components
- old fashioned rolled oats
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- coarsely chopped almonds - 1/2 c
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
- unsweetened wheat germ - 1/2 c
- honey - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
How to make granola:
Combine oats, coconut, almonds, sesame seed, sunflower seeds and wheat germ in a large bowl. Combine honey and oil. Stir into oat mixture. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir with spatula every 15 minutes. Cool and store in tightly covered container.
