- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- Filling:3 scoops cottage cheese
- scoop sour cream - 1 item
How to make basic crepes:
Filling:3 scoops cottage cheese1/2 tsp. sugar1 scoop sour cream Ladle crepe batter into frying pan. Spread thin and cook. Allow to cool and fill with 2 tablespoons of filling, then roll closed and lay in baking dish.
