Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 6 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- onion - 1 item
- celery sticks - 4 item
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- bread cubes - 2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
How to make potato filling:
Mash the potatoes, adding 1/2 cup warm milk and beating until fluffy. Chop finely the onion and celery and saute in butter. Add bread cubes after browned. Add chopped parsley. Add the egg and salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes. Put in greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
