Ingredients/Components

  • carrots, peeled and cut - 1 lb
  • orange marmalade - 1/2 c
  • mint jelly - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make glazed carrots:

In a saucepan, cook carrots with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook until barely tender; drain. Melt butter, marmalade and jelly. Cook with carrots for a few minutes.
