Ingredients/Components
- carrots, peeled and cut - 1 lb
- orange marmalade - 1/2 c
- mint jelly - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make glazed carrots:
In a saucepan, cook carrots with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook until barely tender; drain. Melt butter, marmalade and jelly. Cook with carrots for a few minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
