Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- oatmeal, uncooked - 1/2 c
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 item
How to make cranberry crunch:
Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and oleo until mixture is crumbly. Pack half of the mixture in bottom of cake pan. Add cranberry sauce. Place rest of oatmeal mixture on top. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Serve with Cool Whip topping.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
