butter - 1 c
sugar - 2 c
mashed potatoes - 1 c
cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
cloves - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 2 tsp
milk - 1/2 c
flour
cake chocolate, melted - 1/2 item
eggs - 4 item
bottle maraschino cherries - 1 item
nuts - 1 c

How to make potato cake:

Cream butter, sugar and potatoes. Then add eggs, milk, chocolate and flour mixed with spices and baking powder. Last, add cherries and nuts.

Pour dough into angel cake pan. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
