German potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- slices bacon - 6 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
- or 5 potatoes - 4 item
How to make german potato salad:
Cut up and brown bacon in pan. Add flour and butter; mix. When butter is melted, add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and onion. Pour over cut up warm potatoes and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
