Ingredients/Components
- bunch bok choy - 1 item
- diced chicken - 2 c
- stalks scallions - 2 item
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1 c
- Ramen Oriental noodles - 2 pkg
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- season mix from Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
How to make bok choy salad:
Chop bok choy, cooked chicken and scallions; put in a large bowl. Saute sesame seed, almonds and noodles in butter over low heat until slightly browned. Put in a separate bowl. Mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and seasoning; put this in a bowl. Do not mix the 3 until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Bok choys, Greens.
