German potato dumplings

- salt
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- potatoes - 1 lb
- cream of wheat - 3 Tbsp
How to make german potato dumplings:
Boil potatoes until soft enough to mash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls. Roll lightly into flour and cook in rapidly boiling water for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
