Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 to
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- celery seed
- large cabbage - 1 item
- to 2 green peppers - 1 item
How to make coleslaw:
Chop cabbage, onion and peppers until small. Toss with sugar and salt. Boil vinegar, oil, celery seed and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cool until lukewarm. Pour over cabbage. Will keep in refrigerator for up to one week.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Salads.
