Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- sliced green pepper - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- can peas - 1 item
- small jar pimientos - 1 item
- can French green beans - 1 item
- sticks celery, sliced - 3 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. vegetable oil1/2 tsp. paprika1 c. vinegar2 Tbsp. cold water Drain vegetables. Mix all vegetables together in a small bowl and mix lightly. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over vegetables. Let marinate overnight. Dressing saves for several days and is great over lettuce salads.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
